RET Service Pillar

You can plan your journey at one of our automated RET Service Pillar and then print a copy to take with you. The Service Pillar can also be used to look up and print service timetables and departure times from specific stops. Not sure which travel product is best for your journey? The Service Pillar's Travel Product Advisor can help! Have you registered to start earning OVmiles? You can activate this option on your OV-chipkaart at the automated RET Service Pillar as well. Should you have any questions, you can ask them via the Pillar's direct voice connection with RET Customer Service. Customer Service is available from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday. They are closed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
