Lost property

We at RET are glad when we are able to return lost belongings to their proper owner. All found items are stored in our RET Service Point, Laan op Zuid 2 in Rotterdam, for safekeeping. It usually takes two to three working days for lost items to make their way there. 

Please, search for your lost property using the search option below. If your item is listed, click on the button "this object is mine". You will need to prove that the item is yours by providing some descriptive features that are not visible on the photo.  If proven that you are the owner, you can go to the RET Service Point at Laan op Zuid 2 in Rotterdam to retrieve your property. You can also choose to have the item sent to your home. You will pay the shipping costs directly to DHL.  

Have you found something? You can turn the found items in to the conductor in the tram, the bus driver or the attendants at the metro stations. You may also bring any found items to the RET Service Point or any of our RET Service Points. Thank you for taking the time to help out!
