Holiday Schedule During the May Vacation
During the May vacation, RET will operate on a holiday timetable. This schedule will be in effect from Friday, April 18 through Monday, May 5.
Monday, April 21 (Easter Monday): services will run according to the Sunday schedule
Monday, May 5 (Liberation Day): services will run according to the Saturday schedule

On Tuesday 6 May, the holiday service ends and the tram and metro will run more frequently again. Please note changed routes and times of bus 38 and tram 4, 6 and 7 due to works at Hofplein and Nieuwe Binnenweg.
From Tuesday 6 May, the bus will start a new timetable. For some lines there will be a change of route and some lines will run more or less often. Plan your journey in the journey planner or in the RET app.

Line 32 Overschie - Station Zuid
In the direction of Station Zuid the route will be via Oranjeboomstraat instead of Persoonshaven.
New stops, direction Station Zuid: Damstraat, Station Zuid/Rosebrug
Cancelled stop, direction Station Zuid: Rose-Spoorstraat
Line 33 Central Station - Rotterdam The Hague Airport – Meijersplein
On Saturdays and Sundays, bus 33 will now run 6 times an hour between 10:00 and 18:00.
Line 56 Vlaardingen West - Holy Noord
On Saturdays, bus 56 will now run 6 times an hour between 11:00 and 17:00.
Line 63 Hoogvliet Metro – Zalmplaat
On weekdays, line 63 will run 1x per hour during the day instead of 2x per hour. The cancelled rides will be taken over by the new line 64.
Line 64 Hoogvliet Metro – Kijvelanden
This new line will run from Hoogvliet via Zalmplaat and Poortugaal to Kijvelanden. Line 64 runs during the day on weekdays.
Line 65 Poortugaal Metro – Overhoeken
This line will be discontinued. The map below shows the alternatives.

Line 72 Zuidplein – Sluisjesdijk
This line will run (again) via Willem Egmondstraat.
New stops: Willem Egmondstraat, Van Kamphofstraat.
Line 77 Zuidplein – Katendrecht
The first 6:20 ride from Zuidplein to Rijnhaven will be cancelled. Instead, there will be an extra ride in the evening, at 21:19 from Zuidplein to Katendrecht.
Line 79 Poortugaal Metro – Kijvelanden
This line is cancelled and replaced by the new line 64.
Line 83 Kralingse Zoom – Keizerwaard
This line will now also run twice an hour during rush hour (due to the cancellation of line 283).
Line 156 Vlaardingen West - Holy Noord
On Saturdays, bus 156 will now run 3x an hour between 11:00 and 17:00.
Line 187 Zuidplein - Nieuw Reijerwaard
In Barendrecht, bus 187 will now run via Spoorlaan and Koopliedenweg.
Cancelled stop: Ziedewij.
Line 283 Zuidplein – Barendrecht
The route of bus 283 will be shortened to Zuidplein - Barendrecht. In the afternoon, however, the bus will run earlier, from 13:00.
The route from Barendrecht to Kralingse Zoom will be cancelled. Use bus 83, which will also run twice an hour during rush hour.
