Lost something?

Everything found is stored in our Service Shop. However, it can take 2-3 working days before it gets there. So, if you’ve lost something, we advise you to wait for a couple of days before getting in touch with us.

Have you lost something?
- Wait for 2 or 3 days.

- Ask whether your property has been found.

Found something?
Have you found something during your journey? You can hand in found property to the tram conductor, bus driver or metro staff/managers at metro stations. You can also hand in found property at RET Service Shop or at a RET Sales & Information points.
